  1. I'm not sure what size to get. How do the sizes run?  Please see the size chart make sure to read product detail for reference.  Our model is 5'4, chest 36B, wears medium tops, bottoms between 9-10. Sizing will vary depending on the item.
  2. If I place an order today, how long will it take to arrive? bLUSH Blossomz offers standard shipping and expedited shipping. For standard shipping, please allow 3-5 business days excluding weekends, holidays and special sales. For expedited shipping, please allow 1-2 business days. 
  3. How long does it take to receive a pre-order? Pre-orders ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase. If you order an item that is pre-order, bLUSH Blossomz will update the product overview on the website with the expected ship date once that information is received from the vendor. If you have questions concerning your order, please contact us via email. 
  4. How do I track my order? Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 3-5 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends, holidays and special sales. Once your order is shipped you will receive a email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.
  5. I haven't received my tracking number or package. What should I do? If you did not receive your tracking number, please check your spam/junk mail for your tracking confirmation email. For packages, please allow for 3-5 business days for delivery. Please contact customer service by email if you still have questions.
  6. What should I do if I received the wrong item? If you feel you received the wrong item, Please contact customer service by email immediately and we will gladly assist you.
